Klein: Newest Lion is a Party Animal

Imagine this. You are the best young quarterback coming into the draft. You get selected 1st overall. You will most likely be the starter Week 1. Best of all, you signed a 6 yr/$72 million contract without even taking one snap from under center. Too bad you're not rookie QB Matt Stafford.

Stafford seemed to make it clear that this off season was not all about football and becoming a better player. Head coach Jim Schwartz has made it clear that he has worked on mechanics and has been making a good transition from college football to the NFL. Schwartz obviously didn't get the memo that Stafford was also working hard to become the next Matt Leinart. Check it out!
