ESPN's Sal Paolantonio and Chris Mortenson have reported that Roger Goodell, the NFL commissioner, has decided on a conditional reinstatement for the free agent QB/RB/WR/CB/S/KR/PR Michael Vick that will allow him to attend training camp if he signs with a team. The catch is that he could also suspend Vick for the first four games of the 2009 season. We expect Vick to sign with a team fairly soon so this should get interesting. Comment with your predictions.
